Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable but can be transferred (subject to T&Cs).

Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit your deposit.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you’re late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Patch Tests
Required 48 hours before any colour service for new clients.

Colour Corrections & Extensions
These require a consultation and may be subject to extra charges.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services or products. If you have any concerns, please let us know within 48 hours.

I noticed this differs from the separate Refund Policy page: that page says refunds may be issued for service errors or provider cancellations, and asks clients to get in touch within 24 hours.
